If you visit Latvia, you might not be able to find a woman like Oxana Chic. But you should be able to visit Rozengrāls and eat medieval dishes by candlelight. That is still pretty cool. Oxana is a creative young woman living in a struggling economy. She has used her desirable appearance to put herself through performance arts school and ultimately to survive.
