Thai food is delicious, at least the Americanized version that I am familiar with. It might not be the healthiest for you. There’s a lot of carbs and saturated fat. The dishes are often sweetened with added sugar. But if you are as active as Gaby Mueller, you need plenty of calorie-dense fuel. We stopped at a mostly empty Thai eatery and Gaby let me photograph her steamy new underwear. Thank God for those mid-day lulls in foot traffic.
