I admit it, guys. I miss LA. I miss the perennial traffic. I miss the costly rent paid to stay in homes, usually crammed apartments, that were built over half a century ago. I miss the neighbors with whom I would never speak. I miss the self-promoting, mostly-untalented actors, artists and entertainers thirsty for attention. I miss radicalized woke culture, granted its zealots might just be high and overly sensitive. I miss the draughts. I miss the homeless ladies petting their half-dead kittens on greasy stairwells and wreaking of shit. I miss the constant struggle to find parking. I miss the wildfires and the smoke that gives you painful headaches along with a scratchy throat. I miss the ever-present fear that at any moment a disaster could strike and turn the entire population into a cannibalistic mob. Yes, I miss the City of Angels. So sometimes I return for a few days to take pictures of a person like Yeraz Gebeshian. And after, with a tear in my eye, I depart and return to a more sane existence.

Michele got away with wearing next to nothing. Beautiful as Michele is, I had to fight the urge to strangle her on one occasion. Upon returning to the car, she realized that her keys had been misplaced. I had Michele wait in the parking lot while I ran back quickly and retraced our steps. Today, there are trees falling all around me due to an ice storm. The damage to the natural habitat and the communal pocketbook is devastating. Yet, I remain calm and somewhat in a pleasant mood. That is because I get to edit photos of the incomprehensibly beautiful Ariel Gossimer. Just looking at her might make you think that you need to put down your Xbox controller, pick up a book, or get off your ass and get in shape. But that is crazy talk. I love American sushi. You know, the sushi covered with sweet syrups, creamy sauces, spices and fried shit that Japanese masters would never even think of serving. I like when you can not taste a hint of the two-week-old fish the Korean restaurateurs are trying to pass off as being fresh. That’s my jam. Hey guys, I just listened to a podcast that talked about how the war is coming to an end and that global warming isn’t real. Damn, I am so relieved. I really need my contributors in Europe to get back to work. Take Dante here with Mara Blake, beauty like hers must not go unseen. All humans deserve a means to post quality smut online.
